For many years I fantasized about making a pop record-in the noblest meaning of the word “pop”.
I’ve listened to all kinds of music but essentially grew up with rock and blues, mainly made in the U.K.
The typically British style of carving melodies and harmonies and constructing songs that are both light and deep, simple and complex always fascinated me.
I challenged myself to write songs that could deliver smart lyrics and energetic musicianship, gathered around me a bunch of experienced musicians such as Boris Savoldelli, Chuck Sabo, Claudio Giorgi, Stu Rowe (and many others), and launched the rocket.
